HISTORY OF COAHUILA.





Coahuila de Zaragoza is a state of the northeastern of Mexico, limited to north with the state of Texas in the United States, east with San Luis Potosi and Zacatecas. The territorial extension is of 151, 563 km² too it is the third state plus big for your territory. The population is near of 2,5 million of inhabitant. The capital is Saltillo. the meanings cities and areas are: Torreón, Monclova, Sabinas and Piedras Negras, Acuña.
The territory that occupied the state of Coahuila is same that the majority part of the North of Mexico it was originally lived for nomads hunters- recollects.The nomads were skilled, they utilized the arc and primate instruments make with rocks. Some places were suitable for practice the fishing.


The vegetation of Coahuila is very varied. The development is according of the forecast, the type of ground, High of the sea and precipitation. In the parts of the mountain range there are trees, pines, encinos, cedros, pinabetes.
The animals are accorded to natural region. Across the parts mountains habit a lot species.
The river most important of the state is the river Bravo. That it is utilized how natural frontier with the united States. The river pass for 512km of the frontier of Coahuila and Texas.
The river Nazas borned in the state of Durango and it flow in the lagoon of Mayrán in the state of Coahuila. This river has a historical valor for Torreon, because for the river helped the regional development about, the agriculture was the first activity that it flourished in the history.
In the state there are 15 lagoons. The most importants are the of the Amistad and Venustiano Carranza.
