The typical food of Coahuila

Traditional pork and fried pork and roasted corn, tamales, gorditas, enchiladas and chiles rellenos.

It make delicious sweet fruit preserves, such as peach, quince and Peron, and based on sweet walnut.

As for drinks fruit liqueurs are prepared in the region as quince and apple.
