Campeche


In campeche the traditionals are the dishes prepared with sea food because for the proximity is very fresh.
Some of the ingredients and dishes typical of Campeche are the tope with which they panuchos, empanadas, tamales, tacos and bread from dogfish, the branch in pickle, coconut shrimp, in pate, in cocktails and hot dishes.
